🔧 BIG BOY TOOLS: DJ Truckgirl Apparently Has a Maintenance Plan 😂

So DJ Truckgirl wrote a song called “Big Boy Tools.”
When I first heard the title, I thought, Cool. Trucks. Wrenches. Garages. Maybe somebody rebuilding a transmission.
NOPE.
Apparently we are servicing an entirely different piece of equipment. 😂
“Big Boy Tools” is Truckgirl’s not-so-subtle musical reminder that when a man starts getting a little older, sometimes the little piece needs a little support from the BIG BOY TOOLS.
And I’m sitting here thinking…
Woman, did this really need a SONG?!
Yes.
Yes, apparently it did.
🔩 SOME EQUIPMENT NEEDS EXTRA MAINTENANCE
Look, getting older happens to everybody.
The knees start making noises.
The back needs twenty minutes to warm up.
You walk into a room and forget why the hell you went in there.
And apparently, according to DJ Truckgirl, there may come a day when certain other equipment decides it isn’t punching the clock without technical assistance.
That’s when you open the toolbox.
Not the one in the garage.
THE OTHER ONE. 😏
Suddenly “Big Boy Tools” starts making a whole lot more sense.
😂 THANKS, TRUCKGIRL. NOW EVERYBODY KNOWS.
The beauty of this song is that Truckgirl takes something people might normally whisper about and basically kicks the door open:
“HEY! SOMETIMES THE LITTLE GUY NEEDS BACKUP!”
Meanwhile DJ Chaos is standing in the corner wondering why we couldn’t have written a nice song about puppies.
Or motorcycles.
Or literally anything else.
But that’s Truckgirl.
She’ll take aging, relationships, bedroom humor and a double entendre, throw them into a blender, crank the volume to eleven and somehow turn the whole thing into a song.
And you know what?
It’s funny because getting older is funny.
Sometimes you’ve just got to laugh at the mileage.
🧰 USE THE RIGHT TOOL FOR THE JOB
There might actually be a lesson buried underneath all the jokes.
Getting older doesn’t mean you’re finished.
Sometimes things need maintenance.
Sometimes they need a tune-up.
And sometimes…
you need a bigger toolbox.
So congratulations, DJ Truckgirl.
You’ve officially written the song that will make every man over 50 suddenly become extremely interested in changing the subject.
